Meet Chef Nelly

Hi, I’m Chef Nelly—your all-in-one, go-to private chef. I bring over 3 years of professional chef experience and more than 10 years of cooking with pure passion, rooted in traditions and techniques passed down by my lovely grandmother, who still throws down in the kitchen to this day.

My love for food goes beyond flavor—I fell in love with creating bold cultural fusions and designing dishes that look just as good as they taste. In 2023, while living in Georgia, I began turning my passion into a lifelong career by launching a local side hustle under the name Chef Nelly Eat’z. What started as sharing meals within my community quickly became a hit, and the overwhelming support inspired me to dream bigger.

Taking a leap of faith, I relocated back to my hometown—New York City—to elevate my craft and establish myself within the culinary industry. After months of vision-building and refining what I wanted to share with the world, The Nelly Experience was officially born in May 2025.
